Moscow on the West Coast October 26, 2006

Wednesday night and it’s time to hit up Club Moscow at Boardner’s.
Halloween week and everyone’s having fun! Met up with partner-in-crime Armine and her hoodlum posse… bumped into old-school scenester buddy big-haired Justin (he is the kid with the fro and the lollipop). He hooked me up with a lollipop too. What a blast.

Reality TV Awards Tokio Tuesday October 25, 2006

This is the first day I met Sarah from myspace. She joined me on my adventures, and was Armine’s stand in as my partner-in-crime for the night. Met up with Scene Queen Christine and her friend Mac Africa at Le Deux in Hollywood for the Reality TV Show Awards Party. Fun Fun Fun. Tokio Tuesdays down the streets came next… stopped by Cinespace, and then hipster slum Fred 62 in Los Feliz for some grub! (I love that word: grub. It’s sooo not in right now, but who cares.)

P.S. check out the song by Pete Bjorn: Young Folks

I LOVE IT!!!

Mickey’s Legacy Snakes Hollywood October 24, 2006

My famous words: “Last night…”

My Italian renegade Alberto and I went to the Dragonfly in Hollywood where Mickey Avalon & Andre Legacy were performing
(www.mickeyavalon.com , www.andrelegacy.com ).
Bumped into Mark Cobra and his starlette Cody.
The crowd loved Mickey. Hollywood loves Mickey.
I brought a bag of lolli’s and starburst to the dressing room after the show so we’re all muching in the pics.

It was a fun party. I met a guy that told me he lifted 12 thousand pounds to save his mother when he was younger. I didn’t believe him so I googled it. I didnt find his article, but I found some similar stories. He’s in one of the pictures wearing a green shirt.

I also met one of my favorite musicians, Shwayze!!!! (http://www.myspace.com/shwayze). He was so fashionable and cool. We hung out in the back and I only realized who he was when Andre called him by his name. I was like YOU’RE Shwayze??? I LOVE your music!!!
It was awesome.

This was a fun party. I met lots of cool people and had a good time.

Tiny’s Birthday October 23, 2006

Last night Parrish and I picked up our Italian rebel squad and raided Tiny’s Bar on Hollywood Blvd to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Chris, writer and fashion designer of hussy jr (Hussyjr.com) turned 14, and hell, we all know that only happens once. I got him a slinky. After the party, Parrish locked his keys in the car so we stopped at this guy Kevin’s house. I watched his porn (that’s all he had) and ate great salsa while they got the car open. Then we went to Bianca’s and had another party. woot woot!

40 Polaroids Downtown October 21, 2006

Last night me and Armine picked up some 40 oz.s and went to Rae Rae’s house. It turned out to be a huge loft party with a bomb dj in the huge backyard… which, happened to be decked out with some of the best graffiti in the city and filled with some of the raddest people from town (L.A.).

P.S. 40s are SO in fashion right now. People kept asking where I got it.

So for all the people looking to sport a 40 oz. bottle of beer:

* You can find them at most 7-Eleven stores. They’re usually on the bottom shelf in the beer fridge.

* Old English is a good one, and MGD comes in at a close 2nd in my books. If you really want to get down & dirty hit up Colt 45… these are a hot commodity and you’ve got to search these out in parts of town you didn’t know existed.

* A bottle can run you usually between 2 and three dollars depending on brand.

* 40 is a noun and is pronounced just as it is spelled. FORTY. You refer to the drink/bottle as a forty. For example: “Pass me that 40 motherfucka!”

Hope this helped!!! FASHIONISTAS and FASHIONISTOS OF THE WORLD … UNITE! (that means LeT’s PaRtY!)

P.S. This woman is 53 years old.

Last night I went with my friend Lauren K. to see HER friend Lauren Alexander’s fashion show. We stayed backstage (Lauren K. was the makeup director) and hung out with the models and Janice Dickinson (she was filming a reality show and her models were doing the runway for Lauren A.). I loved Lauren A.’s collection. Her inspirations are Catherine Deneuve and Twiggy, and i love love love her jumpers. HOTNESS.

(I haven’t known so many Laurens since grade school: Lauren Weiner, Lauren Cox and Lauren Rutigliano)

We munched on delicious hors d’eurves (is that how you spell it?) and sipped on yummy cocktails.

The event was “Fashion for the Cure 2006″ hosted by the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and was held at the Lladro Boutique in Beverly Hills. My mom loves Lladro.

Then we had dinner & cocktails on Robertson, and hit up the typical “girl’s thursday” spots. It was a bumpy night!

Saw my friend Jon and I think I am going to make him my official hag fag. We’re going to spend our days going to trunk shows and sipping martinis on the floor of Chanel bathrooms.

Dynamite Party October 6, 2006

Filed under: Afterhours, Blogroll, Celebrities, Fashion, Hollywood, Music, Nightclub, Parties and Nightlife, Party, Style — thejanesuperstar @ 6:20 pm

last night blew my mind.

!!!!

I went out wih Armine and Christine and we went to 4 clubs, one of which was Avalon hosting their house music festival. It was HOT!!!
Then we went to a house party in the hillz and danced and peed (like sortof… there was no door on the bathroom so he watched for people… RAHAHA) with Pedro from Napoleon Dynamite. A boppy boy in sunglasses slipped candy in our mouths and then we spent some time discussing snowfall in the back room. YAY! The DJ was AMAZING and the party had been going on for 3 days.
Sooo much fun.
I wanted to take my clothes off and jump into the heated pond behind the house, but Armine convinced me not to by telling me I’d catch a cold. It DOES get pretty cold in LA.

anyways…

maybe i can make up for it tonight at the Grafton Hotel’s oversized pool.

Every night on the strip I slip and slide!

ANYWAYS…..

I got re-inspired to do music again when someone heard my song BANG on myspace and wanted to book me on a tour. that sounds GREAT… but I don’t have enough material!!! I want to be like a hot peaches. My friend Dennis agreed to be my producer (again) and THIS time… i think we’ll make it!

I can’t wait to be on stage with Mickey Avalon!!!!
